MOVOX has entered into an agreement with an ASX listed digital services company to acquire their telephony services customer base.
MOVOX Managing Director, Mr Rohan Doyle, said “The services currently provided by the vendor are highly complementary to the software applications we have developed. This is a transformative acquisition that will be funded through an equity raising. On completion, the acquisition will deliver immediate and significant growth to MOVOX whilst increasing our presence Nationally.”
