MOVOX was founded in 2014 by a group of extremely dedicated and talented individuals with decades of industry knowledge and experience. MOVOX’s capacity for constant innovation is backed by a qualified, experienced team and a significant financial investment which is partly offset by the Australia Government’s Research & Development (R&D) tax incentive program.
Our R&D activities develop new knowledge to automate routine functions and machine-based decision-making processes, to minimise human errors and costs through big data mining of structured and unstructured data in an embedded communication platform.
The R&D tax incentive program helps us to experiment with unique technologies designed to manage web and telephony interactions across all device and media types and throughout real-time end to end business process.

MOVOX to acquire customers from ASX listed company
MOVOX has entered into an agreement with an ASX listed digital services company to acquire their telephony services customer base. MOVOX Managing Director, Mr Rohan Doyle, said “The services currently provided by the vendor are highly complementary to the software applications we have developed. This is a transformative acquisition that will be funded through an equity raising. On completion, the acquisition will deliver immediate and significant growth to MOVOX whilst increasing our presence Nationally.”
MOVOX capital raise to accelerate growth
Australian unified communications service provider MOVOX has opened a new share offer to raise up to $1.3 million from selected investors. The company will use the funds to complete the acquisition of an SME customer base from a competing service provider and accelerate growth through a national marketing campaign.
MOVOX Managing Director, Mr Rohan Doyle, said “For several years MOVOX has focused activities on developing its’ unified communications platform and other software applications that enable the delivery of services to our customers. We’re ideally placed to capitalise on the acquisition, using our proprietary software applications to maximise profit margins, propel sales activity and growth.”
MOVOX launches softphone for Windows PC
