Conference Call Plan

Our Conference Call Plan is a cost effective and efficient way to bring colleagues, customers and suppliers together when they’re working from home, overseas or interstate.

Conference call participants join the conference by dialling your dedicated conference phone number and entering a PIN. There’s no minimum term and conference calls are charged per minute, per conference call participant.

Connect up to 50 participants into a conference call, conduct sales meetings, presentations or training. Our conference call Plan enables you to record your conference call, distribute the recorded file to participants, archive and playback on your computer.

The Conference Call Plan includes:

• 1 x dedicated conference dial-in phone number
• Up to 50 conference call participants at any time
• Conduct multiple simultaneous conference calls
• Play a welcome greeting when participants enter the conference
• Record your conference call and distribute, archive or playback
• Record a custom greeting or play music whilst waiting for the conference to begin
