Manage your Cloud PBX from anywhere

The Cloud PBX Plan 20 includes our free UNIVOX mobile application which allows you to self-manage after-hours time settings, forward calls to another number, check voicemail messages and manage emergency failover – directly from your mobile, from anywhere and at any time.

Mobile & Desktop softphones

Our softphone application enables you to use your company phone number on your iPhone, or Android mobile device, Windows PC or laptop to make and receive calls. The application connects to your UNIVOX Cloud PBX as another 4-digit extension so you can transfer and receive calls from your office, just like you are sitting at your desk.

This plan includes 1 x (02), (03), (07), or (08) local phone number to make and receive phone calls.

• You can transfer your existing phone number to use with this plan; or
• We will allocate a new phone number if you need one, or
• Your plan can use a phone number already allocated to another plan on your account
