Tenda TEG1109P-8-102W 9-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch

The Tenda TEG1109P-8-102W 9-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch with 8-Port PoE is a high-performance Gigabit desktop Ethernet switch. Designed for small and medium sized business requiring Gigabit WLAN and HD surveillance camera monitoring.

The Tenda TEG1109P-8-102W features high-performance 9-10/100/1000M Base-T Ethernet RJ45 ports, 6KV lightning-proof protection, all ports support MDI/MDIX and wired speed. Compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards, it can identify PoE-powered devices intelligently. With a maximum PoE power output of 92W, and 30W for a single port, it can supply power and exchange data with Access Points, IP cameras and IP phones through CAT5 cables.

6KV Excellent Lightning Protection

In many environments access points and security cameras are installed outdoors and in a high position which increases the the probability of lightning shock. The usually results in damaged equipment or paralysis to the whole local area network (LAN).

The Tenda TEG1109P-8-102W switch offers various safety features to protect the switch from being damaged by inductive thunderstorms and lightning. These include: 6KV lightning protection, PSE short circuiting protection, PoE overloading and Surge current protection.

Integrated with Smart Power Management

The smart power management function and integrated professional chip control algorithm can accurately calculate the output power. If the receiving equipment power exceeds the rated power (370W) of the PoE switch, the low priority port will automatically power off. This avoids the over-run of the equipment and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
