The Yealink WHM621 Mono DECT Wireless Headset is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Yealink W70B, W80 Multi-Cell System, and W90 Multi-Cell System DECT bases. Supplied with a charging cable, it delivers exceptional flexibility for modern business environments.

The WHM621 can operate as a standalone device by connecting directly to a compatible DECT base, or it can share a SIP account with a DECT handset for convenient call handling and dialling. Powered by advanced DECT technology, it provides a secure and stable wireless connection with an outdoor range of up to 300 metres (subject to environmental conditions), giving you the freedom to move without interruption.

Designed for all-day comfort, the WHM621 is lightweight and ergonomic. With Yealink’s Acoustic Shield Technology and dual microphones, background noise is automatically reduced, ensuring crystal-clear conversations and improved productivity in busy work environments.

Push-to-Talk

Beyond standard call controls — including answer, reject, hold and mute — the WHM621 features push-to-talk functionality for instant communication or full-duplex meetings, helping teams stay connected. A programmable button allows for quick redial or speed dial access, while the built-in intercom function enables internal communication without relying on the external network.

Hold the Call Control button and speak, all the members in one group can hear you and the communication is full-duplex. When you finish, just release the button. You can also press the Call Control button and Mute button at the same time, the Push-to-Talk meeting will be hold for 3 minutes. So you can talk to members with hands-free.

Available in Two Different Modes

WHM621 with Charging Cable can be used in two different modes:

1. In Paired Mode, it is synchronised with an existing Yealink DECT handset. For example, a common phone number can be used and the call can be made via the handset, then you can push the call the headset.
2. In Stand-Alone Mode, WHM621 with Charging Cable functions as a stand-alone phone, which means it has a SIP account like a common phone.
