MOVOX’s mobile softphone app “XPhone”, already a popular MOVOX app with iPhone users, has now been launched for Android mobile devices. The new XPhone app enables customers to make and receive calls on their Android mobile using their office number.

The XPhone mobile softphone app allows customers to use their office number as another extension of their Cloud PBX to make and receive calls on their mobile device. Essentially, customers can have their office phone follow them – wherever they’re located.
When calls are made to the customer’s office phone number, the call will ring on the mobile XPhone app. This enables the user to take the call as if they were in the office. Similarly, when making an outbound call using the mobile XPhone app the office number is presented, not the mobile phone number.
For XPhone to work, physical changes aren’t required to office phones. There is no need for onsite technicians. With XPhone, the customers’ mobile, iPad or home computer simply becomes an extension of their MOVOX Cloud PBX.
