Our Softphone Plan 20 gives you access to our state-of-the-art UNIVOX Cloud PBX and includes a monthly allowance of Local calls, National calls and Calls to mobile phones in Australia to use with your compatible mobile or desktop softphone application.

Plans are charged per month, per softphone and there is no long-term lock-in contract. So you can scale effortlessly as your business grows, from 1 to 100's of softphones.

The Softphone Plan 20 includes our free UNIVOX mobile application which allows you to self-manage after-hours time settings, forward calls to another number, check voicemail messages and manage emergency failover – directly from your mobile, from anywhere and at any time.

Mobile & Desktop softphones

Our softphone application enables you to use your company phone number on your iPhone, or Android mobile device, Windows PC or laptop to make and receive calls. The application connects to your UNIVOX Cloud PBX as another 4-digit extension so you can transfer and receive calls from your office, just like you are sitting at your desk.

About this plan

This plan includes 1 x (02), (03), (07), or (08) local phone number to make and receive phone calls.

• You can transfer your existing phone number to use with this plan; or
• We will allocate a new phone number if you need one, or
• Your plan can use a phone number already allocated to another plan on your account
