Grandstream GBX20 Extension Module

The Grandstream GBX20 Extension Module is designed to expand the functional capability of Grandstream's carrier-grade GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650 and GRP2670 IP phones and GXV3350, GXV3450 IP video phones. By using the GBX20, the telephone attendant can ensure maximum office productivity by efficiently monitoring and dispatching multiple incoming calls.

Featuring a large 4.3 inch, 272 x 480 colour LCD display, the Grandstream GBX20 extension module enriches visual experience. It's the ideal call management solution for receptionists, administrative assistants and contact centre workers as it improves productivity, monitors contacts and helps manage a high volume of concurrent inbound calls with ease.

You can daisy-chain up to four GBX20 extension modules to your compatible Grandstream phone which adds up to 160 additional programmable keys for instant access to advanced features such as; bridged line appearance, shared call appearance, busy lamp field, call parking, call pick-up, call transfer, call forward, Speed Dial, Presence and Intercom.
