Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. You can transfer (port) your existing (02/03/07/08) business number to MOVOX and use it with your Cloud PBX.
What devices can I use?
You can use IP phones, softphones on Windows/macOS, iOS/Android devices — or a mix of these. MOVOX sell a range of IP phones or you can bring your own device as long as it is compatibile with our services.
What happens if my internet or power fails?
Because the system is hosted in the cloud, calls can be forwarded or routed to other numbers/devices automatically to maintain availability.
Where is the Cloud PBX hosted?
Our Cloud PBX and communications platforms are hosted in secure, Australian data centres using enterprise-grade infrastructure, redundancy, and automatic fail-over to ensure reliability and continuity.
Is there a lock in contract with MOVOX's plans?
Our Cloud PBX plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your Cloud PBX plan at any time – there’s no lock-in minimum contract term.
