As part of the account application process we are required to verify your identity by checking the validity of approved Government issued documentation you provide as proof of identity with The Government’s National Document Verification Service (DVS).

The DVS is a national online system that allows organisations to compare a customer’s identifying information with a government record. The information you provide for ID verification is not stored by MOVOX or the DVS.

Approved Government issued documents are:

  • Drivers’ Licence;
  • Medicare Card;
  • Passport; or
  • Birth Certificate
