Reading your bill
Your online bill is dynamic, we’ve designed it to be easily read as a summary or by clicking any content box, heading or product icon you can view detailed information and usage charges. We’ll send you an email each time a new bill is issued. To view your bill click the link within the email or login to your account to view current and past bills.
Direct Debit request
To pay your bill automatically on the due date simply complete the Direct Debit Request (DDR) form below. You will receive your bill prior to the due date to ensure you have had time to contact us with any queries.
Direct Debit information
Overdue bills and bills due within the next 14-days are not covered by your Direct Debit request.
You will need to pay these bills by another payment method such as BPay, or credit/debit card online at Pay-a-bill or by calling 1800 100 800. Please refer to your bill for payment reference details.

Payment extension
If you need a few more days to pay your bill please let us know by completing the form below. Approval of a payment extension is at our discretion and based on the information you provide and other information available to us.

Shop purchases
Purchases made online at the MOVOX Shop can be paid using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Diners Club cards.
Surcharge
There’s no surcharge when using VISA or MasterCard. AMEX and Diners Club cards incur 4% payment surcharge.
